Remaining sachet must be un-opened, un-tampered in the original box. If we find the returned sachets opened or tampered, this guarantee is not applicable.
Before returning to us, you need to call our customer service for data validation. (date of purchase, where purchase was made, and your bank info for refund )
We only start processing the refund once we receive the returned items. We will inspect the product within 2×24 hours after we receive it. Please ship back to us using carrier which has a tracking monitoring so you are always updated.
